Winter, Fall, Friday, Sunday and Limited Saturday Discounts 
(limited availability)

This package is available November 15th-April 15th any day of the week end.  It is also available April 16th-November 14th Friday, Sunday or a Saturday with in four months of booking date. Excluded dates are Sundays on holiday weekends. 

Room Selection:

  • Crystal Room 100 minimum guests
  • Laurel Room 75 minimum guests 
You are given Five Hours for your Event : Times to be decided

Package Price $62.00 per guests including tax and service charges (sales tax added)

Passed Hors d’oeuvres of:

  • Spicy Andouille Bruschettas with a Mesquite Barbecue Sauce
  • Southwestern Meatballs with a Cheddar and Chipotle Fondue
  • Wild Mushroom Puffs Roasted in Puff Pastry with Sherry and Romano Cheese
  • Marinated Flank Steak Crustini with Boursin Cheese and Roasted Peppers
  • Slow Roasted Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella Bruschettas
  • Buffalo Chicken with Blue Cheese on Blue Corn Chips

TThe Wedding Couple will take pictures on the property upon their arrival. And then be announced into cocktail hour and have first dance together and then join their guests for cocktail hour. If you wish to use upstairs bridal area after picturesyou’re your cocktail hour and be announced in to your room once cocktail hour is over it is available at a $200.00 fee to cover our cost of set up and air conditioning.  When cocktail hour is over guests will be seated for toast with their drinks and blessing (if you are having one) and the dinner service will start immediately after last toast or blessing. ( A champagne toast is available for guests at the cost of one Dollar per guest it is always provided for the wedding couple).

  • Spice Rubbed Black Angus Strip Steak  with Roasted Mushrooms and Caramelized Onions $2.50 additional per guest

  • Pan Seared Chicken with Portabella Mushrooms and a Marsala Wine Sauce
  • Romano Crusted Chicken with a  Slow Roasted Tomatoes and Mozzarella with Tomato Herb Sauce
  • Herb Seared Chicken with Shiitake Mushrooms in a Champagne Shallot Cream Sauce
  • Basil Seared Chicken with Portobello Mushrooms and Slow Roasted Tomatoes
  • Lemon Chicken Lightly Egg Battered with a Lemon Butter Sauce

  • Oven Baked Penne with Tomato Basil Sauce and Sini Romano Cheese
  • Oven Baked Macaroni with Three Cheeses
  • Penne Pasta with Slow Roasted Tomatoes, Grilled Eggplant, Caramelized Onions, Kalamata Olives, Fresh Basil and Sini Romano Cheese
  • Farfalle Pasta with Grilled Seasonal Vegetables, Grape Tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Pesto
  • Fussilli Pasta Tossed with Roasted Peppers, Crimini Mushrooms, Roasted Garlic, Baby Spinach and a Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
  • Penne Ala Vodka with a Spinach-Feta Stuffed Tomato and Shaved Cheese

  • Roasted Garlic Whipped Red Bliss Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables
A Sit Down Menu can be created by selecting the stuffed Pork Loin, or Blackberry BBQ Pork Loin along with  Chicken selection and a Pasta selection for entrée selections.

You may substitute the Black Angus Strip Steak with roasted mushrooms and caramelized onions at an additional charge of $3.00 for only guests who choose this entrée. 

A salad course will be served with freshly baked rolls and butter before this course.

Coffee, Tea Service:

  • Wedding Cake supplied by Wedding Couple no cutting or serving fee charged. 
Fall and Winter Wedding Receptions November 15th-April 14th will also receive complimentary cup cakes and a 6 inch cutting cake to take the place of your wedding cake.

Beverage Service - Four Hour Open Bar cash bar the last hour. Extra hour of open bar available at $4.00 per guests 

Set up: 

  • Tables of 8-10 with ivory linen. 
  • A Formal Head Table or Sweet Heart Table will be supplied. 
  • Hurricane or three Votive Candles also included.
Billing Information:
  • Deposit of $1000.00 to reserve your date. 
  • Second deposit of 50% of estimated revenue due half way to date of event.
  • All prices include 19% Service sales tax added to your billing.
  • All prices subject to state sales tax.
  • All functions are to be paid three days prior to your event. 
  • Please pay by Cashier’s Check, Money Order or Cash only. 
  • The guaranteed count of guests is due ten days before event.
  • Seating Chart is due to us seven days before your event.
  • Cancellation Policy: 100% cancellation fee due and payable if cancelled within 30 days of scheduled function.
